Meet Your Esthi Bestie
Ranneisha Johnson, Master Esthetician
As a wife, mother of 3, business owner and corporate employee Ranneisha is always working to be the epitomy of work, life, balance.
Her beautiful journey began in 2010 when she sought opportunites to earn additional income to support herself and young daughter outside of her full time mortgage career. There was always a passion for the beauty industry in her heart and she decided to attend Paul Mitchell The School Dallas' school of Esthetics to embrace her first love and learn more about the science of skin. While attending PMTS she also invested in herself by obtaining mutiple lash certifications with some of the top educators in the country. Upon graduating from esthetics school in the fall of 2011 she created Beautiful Winkz Lash & Skin Spa a then Mobile lash spa that soon moved into a small salon suite. As her family and business grew, needs also changed and the "Johnson 5 crew" were blessed to move to the Cedar Hill area in 2017 where our beautifully redesigned residential treatment suite is now located.
Ranneisha's passion for all things beauty and her desire to never stop learning have led her on a path of continuous education and growth. Her mission to always provide the best results driven service to her clients is what she truly prides herself on and because of that...
